Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions – Class Registration and Policies

By registering for one of our culinary classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. No Refunds Policy

We have a strict no refund policy for all class registrations. Once your registration is confirmed, your ticket is non-refundable. We understand that plans can change, and we’re committed to providing a fun and rewarding experience for everyone who attends.

2. Class Missed Due to Illness or Unforeseen Circumstances

If you are unable to attend a class due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we are happy to offer you the option to transfer your ticket to a future class, provided you give us at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled class.

  • Transfer Process: To transfer your ticket, please contact us via info@confectionsofaqueen.com . We will assist you in rescheduling for another available class.
  • Late Notice: Any requests to transfer tickets with less than 24 hours' notice cannot be accommodated, and your ticket will be forfeited.

3. Punctuality

Please arrive on time for your class to ensure a smooth start. We recommend arriving at least 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled class time to allow for check-in. Late arrivals may disrupt the class, and in the event of a late arrival, we cannot guarantee that you'll be able to participate fully in the class activities.

  • For Missed Time: If you arrive late, you may still join the class, but we are not responsible for any missed instruction or activities.
  • Class End Time: All classes have a scheduled end time. We kindly ask that you arrive on time to avoid missing the concluding portion of the class.

4. Parent/Guardian Participation

For classes with younger participants (ages 3-12), parents or guardians have the option to either:

  • Stay for the class and assist their child (if necessary), or
  • Drop off their child and pick them up at the end of the class.

For children under 6 years old, we highly recommend parents remain on-site to assist their child with the class, as young children may need extra help and supervision.

  • Pick-up Time: If you choose to drop off your child, please ensure you arrive promptly at the end of class to pick them up. If you arrive late, a late fee may be charged (please inquire for details).

5. Liability and Health Considerations

While we take every care to provide a safe and enjoyable environment, participants (and their parents or guardians, if applicable) are responsible for their own health and safety during the class. We cannot be held liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur.

  • Health Concerns: If your child has any allergies or health concerns, please inform us in advance, so we can take appropriate measures to ensure their safety during the class.
  • COVID-19 or Other Health Guidelines: Please be aware that health protocols, such as mask-wearing or social distancing, may be in place depending on local regulations. We ask all attendees to adhere to any health and safety measures in place.

6. Class Changes or Cancellations

While we strive to maintain the schedule as advertised, we reserve the right to make changes to class dates or times in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor availability or other logistical challenges.

  • If we need to cancel or reschedule a class, we will offer you a transfer to another available class at no additional cost.

7. Photography and Video Recording

During the class, photographs or videos may be taken for promotional purposes. By attending, you give us consent to use any such images or recordings that include you or your child for marketing or social media. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the instructor upon arrival.

8. Agreement and Acknowledgment

By registering for a class, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. You also confirm that you are responsible for ensuring your child’s participation and compliance with the guidelines outlined above.
