By registering for one of our culinary classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
We have a strict no refund policy for all class registrations. Once your registration is confirmed, your ticket is non-refundable. We understand that plans can change, and we’re committed to providing a fun and rewarding experience for everyone who attends.
If you are unable to attend a class due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we are happy to offer you the option to transfer your ticket to a future class, provided you give us at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled class.
Please arrive on time for your class to ensure a smooth start. We recommend arriving at least 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled class time to allow for check-in. Late arrivals may disrupt the class, and in the event of a late arrival, we cannot guarantee that you'll be able to participate fully in the class activities.
For classes with younger participants (ages 3-12), parents or guardians have the option to either:
For children under 6 years old, we highly recommend parents remain on-site to assist their child with the class, as young children may need extra help and supervision.
While we take every care to provide a safe and enjoyable environment, participants (and their parents or guardians, if applicable) are responsible for their own health and safety during the class. We cannot be held liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur.
While we strive to maintain the schedule as advertised, we reserve the right to make changes to class dates or times in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor availability or other logistical challenges.
During the class, photographs or videos may be taken for promotional purposes. By attending, you give us consent to use any such images or recordings that include you or your child for marketing or social media. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the instructor upon arrival.
By registering for a class, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. You also confirm that you are responsible for ensuring your child’s participation and compliance with the guidelines outlined above.
